- Discover and analyze applications requirements from both the client's and the caller's perspective
- Create effective speech user interface designs including call flow, dialogs, and prompts to accomplish the requirements
- Assist in implementing these designs, including interacting with developers, directing voice talents and getting the voice prompts recordings in studios.
- Analyze performance of the user interface in the field and recommend specific changes to improve caller satisfaction and transaction completion.

- Department of Telecommunication (DoT) - Creating call flows, prompts & dialogs for Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) with the features such as bill reminder service, number change system, voice-mail for DoT employees, and help for DoT users.
- Asian Sky Shop - Creating call flows, prompts and dialogs for users who would call into Asian Sky Shop numbers and dial in the approporiate product code to place an order.
- Mumbai University - An Interactive Voice Response System was designed for Mumbai University to announce results of examination on the phone by an on-line IVRS. Student could call into the IVR, dial their hall ticket number and hear the results.
- Radio Station (TimesFM – Mumbai) - An IVRS was designed for a Radio Station. The Listeners could dial-in to the Voice Mail and leave their requests, which would be played by the Radio Jockey later.
- Crompton Greaves Ltd. - Setting up an automated attendent & IVR for for the entire Crompton Greaves manufacturing plant.
- Cadburys India Ltd. - Maintaing and bug fixing automated attendent & IVR for for the entire Crompton Greaves manufacturing plant.
- Premier (FIAT) - Setting up an automated attendent & IVR for for the entire Crompton Greaves manufacturing plant.
Achievements
- Department of Telecommunication (DoT Aurangabad) - As Assistant Manager Marketing I single handedly followed up on this lead. Applied through a tender system and secured the order for ICT.
- Telecom Engineering Center (TEC) Approval for Lucent Voice Processing boards - Understood the tests that were carried out by TEC with help from employees from Crompton Greaves and Nelco. Worked along with the test supervisor to setup the Voice Boards for test. Diligently followed up with the authorities to finally secure Telecom Engineering Center (TEC) Approval for Lucent Voice Processing boards which gave an edge to the company to pitch for government projects.
